Dermaplaning Facials

Dermaplane Facials

Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation that uses a surgical scalpel to gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion which forces the skin to heal stimulating collagen and elastin production.

This procedure is very popular in the entertainment industry, especially among models and actresses as it will also remove vellus hair (peach fuzz) which has a tendency to gather makeup.

After your first dermaplaning procedure you will notice a greater penetration of everyday skin.

Topical product penetration is 60% for affective after dermaplaning facial. Can remove 2-3 weeks of dead skin cells within one treatment.

Will my hair grow back thicker or darker after dermaplaning?

“Dermaplaning, which is a form of facial exfoliation that removes the top layer of dead skin cells and hair, does not change the structure or the genetic makeup of the hair and thus the follicle itself. So, the hair will grow back exactly the same as it was before - no thicker, no darker, no coarser.”
